Join Brielle for a night of letting it go! Come and unleash your inner god/goddess at Glow! Buti Yoga is a soulful blend of yoga, tribal dance, cardio and dynamic movement, wrapped into one high energy practice!

Brielle will lead a fun, creative Buti Glow-in-the-Dark flow followed by a social after class with your fellow Buti tribe. Plan to arrive at 6:00 to get yourself glowed up! Start time for class will be 6:30.
Booty shorts and/or sports bras are encouraged for class! This is a body-positive practice where we focus on deep core strength - seeing your body move is both powerful and freeing!

All levels welcome.

Class Information

  • A combination of power yoga and mat-style Pilates, using free weights and high vibes to pulse your way towards strength and longevity. A yoga flow that pauses for Pilates movements, utilizing time under tension training that keeps you burning long after you’ve left the hot room. Through this integration of yoga and Pilates, we induce our body’s longevity pathways, ensure joint protection, and train our stabilizing muscles.

  • This is a flowy yoga class designed to help you build strength, stretch, and either prepare for a restful evening or gain that extra boost of energy needed to complete the last half of your day. This class is 45 minutes and formatted to energize and empower students of all levels!

  • Buti yoga is a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio driven tribal dance, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. This is much more than your ordinary yoga class. Expect to release stagnant energy in the body and practice self love while building strength AND having fun!

  • Beginner yoga is designed for the yogi’s just starting out and getting familiar with the movement. This is an opportunity for beginners and seasoned yogi’s to come back to the basics of yoga and become solid in the foundational movements. There is plenty of opportunity for creative expression in class as well!

  • All levels flow is a heated 60 minute class that connects breath to movement and dynamic sequencing. Expect to find presence in your body, bliss, and just enough fire to challenge your body in the best way.
